Whether you're gathering generations of family, vacationing with friends, or bringing multiple families together under one roof, there’s room to settle in without ever feeling crowded.

And with the Atlantic just beyond your back door, the hardest decision of the day may be pool or beach first.

- THE SPACE

Sand By Me was made for gathering.

Spread across multiple levels, the home offers two comfortable living areas where everyone can come together—or break off into their own space when a little downtime is needed. Large windows frame beautiful Atlantic views, while easy access to the oceanfront decks keeps the beach feeling like part of the home.

Morning coffee overlooking the water, afternoons by the pool, family dinners, game nights, and cocktails on the deck after a day on the beach—this is the kind of house where vacation memories happen naturally.

- TWO FULL KITCHENS

Feeding a full house is considerably easier when you have two kitchens.

Both are fully equipped with major and small appliances, generous prep space, and everything needed for meals at home. The two-kitchen setup is especially convenient for multi-family and multi-generational stays, giving your group additional flexibility throughout the week.

A Nespresso machine is also provided for the very necessary first coffee of the morning.

The private pool and spacious pool deck create your own place to cool off, lounge, and spend the afternoon without leaving home. When you're ready for the ocean, simply follow your private walkway directly to the beach.

You'll also enjoy expansive oceanfront decks and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after sandy beach days.

No packing the car. No searching for beach parking. Just walk outside.

Smoking: Not permitted

Dogs: Welcome with a $250 non-refundable pet fee

Pool heating: Seasonal and weather dependent

Booking Agreement: A signed agreement is required prior to check-in

- TRAVELING WITH A DOG?

Dogs must remain leashed in accordance with local regulations. From April 1 through September 30, dogs are permitted on the beach before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM and are not permitted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. From October 1 through March 31, dogs are permitted on the beach throughout the day.

Guests are responsible for following current Town of Carolina Beach regulations during their stay.

- A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING

Pool heating is offered seasonally and is dependent on weather conditions. Pool heaters work most effectively when overnight air temperatures remain above approximately 60°F. During colder weather, the system may be unable to reach or maintain the desired water temperature even while operating continuously.

For this reason, pool heating availability and performance cannot be guaranteed during periods of unusually cool weather.
