In season, watch fireworks from the deck or attend outdoor movies by the lake. Aquarium, Fishing Pier, Historic Ft. Fisher and Ferry to Southport are a short drive away. A fifteen minute drive to concerts, restaurants, and shopping in Wilmington.

There are bays under the building where you will be able to park. You may be required to block someone in or vice versa. Everyone is required to display a pass with their contact information and the unit they are staying in, in the instance this happens so you are able to communicate. No Golf Carts are allowed.
