Welcome to Blue Water Vista Unit B, a spacious 5BR/4BA Carolina Beach apartment spanning two levels with plenty of room for families and friends to vacation together.

Enjoy a full kitchen, comfortable living and dining spaces, an upper-level kitchenette, multiple balconies, a private elevator and a 2-seat Ms. Pac-Man arcade. Outside, enjoy the saltwater pool, backyard, charcoal grill, outdoor shower and beach storage shared with Unit A guests.

Public beach access is less than a block away, with canal sunsets, the Boardwalk and local dining all nearby.

PRIVATE ELEVATOR
Unit B has its own elevator from ground level to both apartment levels. Unit A guests do not have access.

It makes arrival much easier when your group brings luggage, groceries, beach gear and apparently every shoe anyone owns.

The elevator does not continue to the top deck, so stairs are required for top-deck access.

TOP DECK
A few extra stairs lead to one of the best spots in the house.

The ocean view is specifically from the top deck, while canal views and beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed more readily from the apartment and balconies.

PARTIALLY FENCED BACKYARD
The yard is not fully enclosed, so children and dogs should be supervised outdoors.

Please use the charcoal grill only in the designated ground-level area. Grilling is not permitted on balconies, decks or porches.

Rinse off after the beach, stash sandy gear downstairs and head back up without bringing half the beach with you.

At least, that’s the goal.

Public Beach Access is less than a block away, making trips to the sand—and quick runs back for forgotten sunscreen—easy.

The home features whole-house reverse osmosis filtration, providing fresh, filtered water for drinking, cooking, coffee and everyday use.

Beach water belongs in the ocean.

We think it should stay there.

DOG-FRIENDLY
Dogs are welcome subject to the pet limits and fees shown with your reservation.

Because the backyard is partially fenced rather than fully enclosed, pups should be supervised outdoors and securely leashed as required.

They will probably assume the entire vacation was planned specifically for them.

We suggest letting them believe it.

PARKING
Unit B includes carport parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Please use only the spaces designated for Unit B.

Five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, multiple balconies, a private elevator, canal sunsets, an ocean view from the top deck, saltwater pool access and the beach less than a block away—Unit B gives your group plenty of reasons to settle in and stay awhile.

HOUSE RULES & SAFETY
Make yourself at home, be kind to the house and keep it reasonably tidy while you’re here.

The booking guest is responsible for everyone in the group—including visitors, children and registered pets. Charges may apply for damage, missing items, guest-caused service calls or cleaning beyond a typical stay.

BOOKING
• Booking guest must be 25+ and remain for the full reservation
• No third-party bookings
• All overnight guests and pets must be included on the reservation

GUEST LIMIT
• Maximum occupancy is 13 people, including children
• Visitors count toward the occupancy limit

NO PARTIES
• Parties, events and unapproved gatherings are not permitted
• Excessive noise, disruptive activity or exceeding approved occupancy may be treated as a house-rule violation

ELEVATOR SAFETY
• Do not use the elevator during storms, unstable power, flickering lights, outages, smoke or fire
• Wait for the elevator button light to turn off before opening the sliding exit door, as shown on the posted instructions
• Children may not operate the elevator without adult assistance
• Never force doors or tamper with elevator controls
• Maximum capacity is 2 adults / 500 pounds total
• Never attempt to exit between floorsloors
