Minimum age requirement. Registered guest must be 25 years of age or old and must be staying in the property.

Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the sea. This is a top floor Carolina Beach Vacation Rental (no elevator), three bedroom, two bath condo. Tastefully decorated, you can make this condo your home away from home. The third bedroom is the loft overlooking the living area. Three new flat screen TV's - 40" Master Bedroom, 40" Hallway Bedroom, and 50" in living room. All are Smart TV's with streaming services. Wifi provided. There is also a Community Pool available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Located on the north end, you are just a few short blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and Freeman Park. Restaurants and shopping are only a short drive away. Make your reservation today.

Parking - 2 unassigned spaces

Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.

Some beach equipment included:  4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 surfboard provided and stored in unit.

Pleased with location and ability to house 8 comfortably. Cute place. But cleanliness of kitchen was not good, dirty fridge/freezer, cabinets doors dirty . 1st bedroom smelled strongly of pet pee as well as deck. But over all that we had a great vacation in Carolina Beach!!

Great location. Unfortunately, the unit was just not clean. We reported this and they offered to send the cleaners out again, but we were already settled and just cleaned it ourselves. One of the bedrooms smelled like pet urine. Extremely strong and you could smell it throughout the whole condo. The hosts were aware of this because they had an air scrubber set up, but it did nothing to help the smell. The smell and lack of cleanliness kept us from really feeling comfortable for entire vacation.
