This completely updated north side end unit has one bedroom, one bath, full size sleeper-sofa in family room. Sleeps 4 max and has a birds eye view of Freeman Park and the ocean with nearby public beach access. Clean, minimalist/industrial decor. Comes complete with parking, pool & washer/dryer. Bring your 4x4 & surfboard. Pets negotiable WITH FEE. Drip coffee maker, fully furnished kitchen, linen service included (sheets, bath & kitchen towels). You won't want to leave!

1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom w/ tub/shower. Fully furnished kitchen to accommodate 4 people . Parking for 1 vehicle. Possible 2nd with fee. Top floor, end unit. Close to Freeman Park & the ocean w/ public beach access. Basic cable, WiFi, bedroom & den TV. One block off the ocean w/ ocean view from the balcony. If you bring a pet there is a one time pet cleaning fee.

One parking space with parking pass. Full private access to the entire unit.

Yes we live down the street and are easily accessible via text.

If you plan to bring a pet, there is a additional one time pet cleaning fee based on the size of your dog.

If you plan on bringing your fur baby....There is an ADDITIONAL pet cleaning fee that is added to your breakdown when booking, please be sure to add your fur babe to your guest count. It is $50 and goes to our cleaners for their efforts in ensuring the unit is pet hair and dander free for the next guests.

Beach stay

Good location and place as advertised, just some frustrations that took away from our trip. We ended up checking in an hour late because VRBO did not release the instructions and the host didn’t send them right away when we for them. We also didn’t have sheets for the pull out bed for our third person. Other small things that could be fixed to improve the stay— the front door is quite hard to open/get the key in and the shower drain was clogged and filled with water.

Great location, some minor issues

Overall this is a nice little place to stay, close to the beach, renovated nicely, and the pictures matches the real thing, pet friendly and within walking distance to the beach! One of the biggest issues I had staying there, was the shower doesn’t drain at all, after taking 10 min shower the tub is half full and takes until the next day to drain. I was staying there with my son, so only one person could shower while standing in the pooled shower water. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the review left in April to the end, which should’ve alerted me to that problem. I experienced the delay to receive the check-in data as well. I asked for a small discount, but the owner didn’t consider it. Staying at the beach without being able to properly shower is kind of a problem in my eyes at the price charged per night. If they address those issues, I think this is a good place to stay.

Disappointing

The condo is conveniently located to the beach, however, we had a stressful experience overall with our stay here. The property managers were very polite & responsive with messages, but the lack of proactive communication & issues from the previous guests/property overshadowed our trip. We started the trip with not knowing where to park, which can be any space under the building FYI. Once we got to the apartment (top left when you are looking at it streetside) we were greeted with rusted patio furniture, a clogged tub, & no parking passes as the previous guests took them. The property managers were quick to get someone there to fix the tub, but for the parking passes we had to write a handwritten note & hope each day that the HOA would honor it & not have out vehicle towed. This unit only sleeps 2, not 4, as the sleeper sofa’s mattress is bent leaving the head of the bed at a 45-degree angle. The mattress is also VERY rough looking & stained, so we were not about to have our daughter sleep on that, & she just slept on the sofa itself instead. We did notify the property manager the next morning after discovering this issue & they offered to supply an air mattress, which we declined as we were checking out soon. Property is pet-friendly but we never knew what the pet fee was until I asked the property managers at check-in. You are also asked to pay this fee via cash or Venmo to the cleaner, which we were not aware of until we saw the note upon arriving.
