"No milk at breakfast. I wanted to confirm my method of payment at check out and was told “drop the keys here”. I repeated my request and was told the last 4 digits. I asked to confirm if I prepaid and was told “your card is pre authorized”. I just wanted to switch my credit card but desk staff didn’t want to deal with my request. No receipt was offered either. Also very loud morning staff that would congregate in the hall at 7:30 am. "

"This is a great Quality Inn hotel. It’s very close to many restaurants and Haywood Mall. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was excellent and very comfortable. I would stay there again."

"Kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave is small, but the rest of the kitchen makes up for it 10 times over. Staff is great, as always"

"It was a great space and clean for our weekend getaway. We had a wedding in SC. The hotel is also not far from shops."

"The room was clean, but they need to clean under the bench in the shower. It looked clean until you sit on the toilet you can see the black mold growing under neath the bench."
