"Loved the location...great for walking dogs. No good television...needed a purchase. Not enough hot water in the bathroom."

"No hot water, both at night and the next morning, the water wasn't even warm. I mentioned it the next morning at the front desk and the employee says, "well I guess we need to look at that" and turned and walked off. No apology, just walked off."

"Easy to book and great value proposition for the level of accommodation provided vs the cost. Definitely will consider staying here again when traveling through the area"

"The condo was neat and well decorated. All appliances worked and we were satisfied with our stay. We had a small problem with the bedroom ceiling fan but it was corrected very quickly.If you wear socks around the house they will get very dirty, that sounds “picky” but I couldn’t help but mention it. Also we couldn’t change the thermostat, maybe that’s normal for a rental but we didn’t like it. Great location for golfing and so so for shopping but a bit of a drive if you’re a beach lover ( we’re not so that’s ok). Overall we had a great Myrtle Beach getaway. Broadway at the Beach and The Legends theater were nearby and that was great fun."

"Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number again. Told them the keypad was still not working. They said The manager is not in until Monday. The only thing we can do is cancel the reservation, refund your money and you can find another place to stay. It was spring break week and we had our dog. Very hard to find a place last min. We did finally find something, but it was $2,700 MORE than what we paid for them. It has been 2 weeks later and we STILL HAVE NOT received our refund. They ruined our first 2 days there. We lost out money on a dinner cruise reservation because we had nowhere to leave our pup. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL."

"Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! "
