"C'est bien situé, assez silencieux, propre, beaucoup de stationnement. Petit déjeuner inclus correct, mais l'espace pour s'assoir est nettement insuffisant. Il y a encore des tapis dans les chambres et les appareils de chauffage et climatisation sont bruyants puisque ce sont des unités murales, ce qui nuit au sommeil. Personnel très gentil et souriant."

"The motel room itself was very good: clean, well-organized, and maintained appropriately. The appliances (eg, microwave, mini-fridge) worked well. In regard to the color scheme (boring, depressing shades of brown throughout), well, the decor just didn’t match the happier vibe we prefer. Our major complaint (resulting in a 4 out of 5 rating) is that we couldn’t easily find the motel. The street number, we later learned, applies to the entire commercial strip including a convenience store and apparently unused stairway. But the number itself is posted directly above the unused stairway that contained bags of recycling and trash. Very confusing. For about 10-15 minutes, we thought we had been scammed as we circled the building in the dark. The word “Motel” written in artistic (?) script on the street sign and on the building was difficult to read at 9pm by tired elderly eyes that have been open since 6am. This was not a good start, but both my wife and I felt that the room was clean and comfortable. We are grateful to the staff of the convenience store, who told us how to find our room. (There is no reception desk.)"

"We cannot compliment this property enough: We stayed 2 nights in one of the Garden Rooms with entrance off the garden beside a babbling brook and enclosed by trees in autumn colour. The grounds are stunning with seating areas, garden gnomes and soft lighting. Frogs are the theme with unique and whimsical figures inside and out! Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was located a few steps above the bedroom. Not a concern for us but might be an issue for those with limited mobility. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was a treat! It was lovely to enjoy the comfortable bar/lounge area before and after dinner. Staff were very helpful in providing maps and hiking suggestions for the Parc National du Bic."

"Beau chalet, bien situé, devant un beau lac, avec spas propre et accessible, très agréable durant l’été et sûrement l’hiver aussi Seuls bémols, débit d’eau plutôt faible, odeur d’humidité dans la chambre au sous-sols et présence d’excréments de rongeur dans la salle de lavage. La communication avec la propriétaire a été bonne."
