Instructions to enter the building, parking and apartment were clear and the apartment itself is very nice and well kept. One issue we had where we needed to contact someone to help but we were not able to as we didn’t know who to contact and how. "Beautiful, modern apartment in a residential block on a large estate. Very quiet area. The balcony overlooks a small park and children's play area and several supermarkets are a few minutes away. It is outside the city but an Uber into the centre is under £10 and it is well placed for the main road network"

"This location is only a 5-7 minute walk to the walls of old Sibiu. It's perfect for exploring the old part of Sibiu on foot as well as easily accessible by car for exploring the surrounding areas. It's a nice size for 1-2 people, parking is right out front, and there's a small food store about a block away. It's nicely furnished and Alex is very friendly and helpful."

Room 3 was a little noisy, less from the street than from the window to the courtyard with other rooms close by. We never had hot water for the shower, it only became warm after several minutes."

"We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. The kitchen has a stove and microwave, but not much in the way of pots/pans or crockery so it's not great for cooking your own meals. The...

"great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "

On the day of the booking the hosts contact me asking for additional payment. I promptly paid this and heard nothing back.
