"Nicely decorated studio duplex guest house attached to the owner’s home. However, you need to know that there is no kitchen, no fridge and no washing machine. Also the WiFi did not work. This place is fine is you are only planning to sleep there."

"Florence was a great host! I felt especially safe as a solo traveler at this gated property. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and attractive. I would recommend travelers to have a vehicle, as it is a bit of a walk to stores or restaurants. There is a bus stop about ten minutes (walking) away but I didn’t have a great experience trying to learn and utilize the bus system.
