Welcome to Les Pins Penchés!<br><br>A paradise for boules players and walkers, in the shade of the magnificent Aleppo pines, I welcome you to our little Provençal paradise, overlooking the sea.<br><br>On the French Riviera, Carqueiranne is a renowned small seaside resort located between Toulon and Hyères, in the Gulf of Giens. You’ll find yourself immersed in the region of the Iles d’Or, the Bandol wine country, the Collobrières chestnut groves, the Massif des Maures, and the hilltop villages.<br><br>Just 10 minutes from the Toulon/Hyères International Airport and Almanarre Beach (a world-renowned windsurfing destination), you’ll also be just a 15- to 20-minute drive from the Giens Peninsula and its small ports of La Madrague and Le Niel, as well as the ferry terminals that will take you on an enchanting getaway to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, or Le Levant…<br><br>The rental is a one-bedroom apartment with a sea view, featuring all modern comforts. With its private terrace and outdoor furniture, you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings. You’ll be just a short walk from various beaches and the harbour (a 4-minute walk), as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, a bakery, and a convenience store.<br><br>The apartment features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining table with four chairs, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, a separate toilet, and a master bedroom with a TV, shower, washing machine and dryer, and a closet.<br><br>The cleaning package includes bed linens and towels, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, so you don’t have to overload your luggage.<br><br>The interior is non-smoking, and special attention is given to COVID-19 disinfection (included in the housekeeping package).<br><br>We offer an optional beach package for rent, including beach games for children, pétanque balls, beach chairs, a 3-person inflatable kayak, 1 men’s paddleboard, and 1 women’s paddleboard for 250€ per week so you can make the most of all the fun the sea has to offer.<br><br>Other things to note:<br><br>A parking space is reserved for you on the property, but street parking is also free year-round.<br><br>Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.<br><br>Please note that the outdoor areas at the bottom of your accommodation are still under construction, so don’t be surprised (your living space is finished, of course).
