Spend an unforgettable moment in the south of France, near Hyères thanks to the Villa Mesomax, a recently renovated Villa in Carqueiranne. It is at the heart of the Côte d'Azur, just opposite the Giens peninsula, the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and the Levant. You will be just 8 minutes drive from Almanarre beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in France, internationally known in the world of windsurfers.
Fully air-conditioned, the Villa is located Plein Sud on a wooded hill overlooking the sea, the Domaine de la Californie.
Great calm without vis-à-vis.

The Villa "Mesomax" is made up of 2 independent apartments:

- The garden level with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 2, 4, 6 people
- The ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large terrace for 2 or 4 people

Each apartment is independent with a separate access

You will find in the garden a pétanque court and a swimming pool of 60 m2 (12 m / 5 m) and 2.50 m deep.

Hyères and Carqueiranne offer more than 20 km of coastline with very diverse beaches that can satisfy all tastes.

A great holiday home with a big pool

A great holiday home with a stunning view and large swimming pool. The owners live in the upstairs apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The Appartement was very clean and well equipped. A few minutes drive from different beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend! We would come again at some point.

Ruhig und entspannt

Die Besitzer wohnen direkt über dem Apartment, man bekommt aber wenig von ihnen mit und hat seine Privatsphäre. Beim Check-In war gleich jemand zur Stelle und hat uns instruiert. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, allerdings ist für jeden Ausflug, auch nach unten in Carqueiranne ein Auto erforderlich.

Très beau logement dans un écrin de verdure sur les hauteurs de Carquieranne avec une vue plongeante sur la mer.Décoration soignée, sobre. Il y a tout le confort. Tout est pensé jusqu'au moindre details.C'est calme et reposant.Allez y vous y passerez d'agreables vacances.

Great Place to be

Wir waren im März 2022 zu Dritt Gäste in diesem wirklich gepflegten Domizil. Die Vermieter haben die obere Wohnung bewohnt und waren überaus hilfsbereit. Die Lage und der Blick sind traumhaft. Das Haus, der Garten und die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss sind überaus gepflegt und sehr üsauber. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Alle Zimmer sind zum Meer orientiert und geschmackvoll möbliert. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist für eine FeWo außergewöhnlich gut eingerichtet und der Wohn- / Essbereich großzügig mit schönem Ausblick. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen. Das ist über die Sommermonate bestimmt ein weiteres Highlight. Den Strand von Almanarre erreicht man mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 min.
