This property is tucked away in a quiet, secluded spot. There is plenty of room, though the bedrooms and only bathroom in the main part of the house are pretty small.
The best feature is the addition which is a large open room with three beds and a window air conditioner that opened up to the back yard with a nice patio, a grill and a burn pit. Also, it is nice that pets are allowed. Had the biting insects not been so bad we would have made use of the back yard. Also, The owner was very nice and easy to deal with.
Perhaps we didn't arrive at the best time of year, because the ticks and mosquitoes made it unbearable to even be outside (not the owner's fault). The furniture was rather worn out, and the door knob fell off one of the bedroom doors. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard left behind by a previous tenant (perhaps no dishwasher was a struggle for someone). Having just the one bathroom made it difficult for my family but we knew that going in. There were plenty of towels, blankets and other necessities, as well as books and games. Wifi there worked well, and there was a small television in the livingroom. Overall, if you're looking for a camping type experience without the camping, this might be a good option.
