"Overall, we had a very nice stay. When we arrived, the power to the hotel and to the surrounding hotels was out due to a transformer malfunction. However this, of course, was not the fault of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. We have two suggestions: 1) the commode in our room was so tiny and low to the ground, it seemed like a child-size commode - never saw one so tiny. 2) there are no grab bars in or around the bathtub/shower. It was a little scary not to have anything to hold onto with all the soap swirling around your feet, or nothing to hold onto when stepping in and out of the tub. Other than the above, everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the bedding and pillows were comfortable."

"Everything was great, but the fireplace did not work and the gravel driveways were a little rough. The parking area I was in was on a slant which made getting in and out of the vehicle more challenging."

"The location was perfect for going to the battlefield and lots of restaurants nearby. They also had a crib for my baby and drink vouchers. It just seemed like outside customer service was unsure about the vouchers so make sure you call the front desk to inquire."

"Wonderful Stay at Hotel Gettysburg! We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Gettysburg! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore downtown Gettysburg and all the nearby attractions. The hotel has beautiful historic charm while still being clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and having a Starbucks right on-site was such a nice bonus for grabbing coffee in the morning before heading out. We really enjoyed the character and atmosphere of the hotel. It was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Gettysburg, and we would definitely stay here again!"
