Périgourdine house with stone facade on an 800m² enclosed park. The village of Carsac village with its small shops is 300m away. Sarlat is 5km away.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a main room, a bathroom, a shower room and two toilets. You have a garage, a barbecue, a garden furniture in the shade of the walnut tree and sunbathing. The park is closed and we accept your pet if it is well educated.
You will have a view to the south over the cultivated plain and the river and to the north over the village.

Calme et proche de la campagne

La maison est située en périphérie du village tout en étant proche de tous les commerces. Elle est à 300m de la voie verte idéale pour se promener, faire du vélo ou la course à pied en toute sécurité . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Brilliant place to stay

The property was very clean and well-equipped. The weather turned a bit cold in the 2nd week as it was the end of September but there were heated towel rails in both bathrooms which we turned on. There were heaters in all the bedrooms and the living room, with instructions but we didn't need to turn them on. The property was quiet, being on the edge of the village but it was only a short walk to the boulangerie for fresh croissants, and there were 3 restaurants within walking distance. Sarlat was only a few kilometres away with a big supermarket, fantastic outdoor market on Saturdays, a very historic centre and lots of restaurants. A great base from which to visit the Dordogne river, plenty of chateaux and amazing walks in the woods.

Cette maison est idéalement située dans le village pour les commodités (commerces, restaurants...) et dans cette merveilleuse vallée de la Dordogne pour les visites et l'accès à la Dordogne. Elle est bien équipée et possède une excellente literie. Dès que possible, nous y retournerons !

Wonderful 5 star Gite

This is a truly wonderful Gite. Regina and Bernard were perfect hosts. The gite is extremely well equipped with comfortable and modern furniture, fixtures and fittings. Spotlessly clean. It is bright and airy and stays nice and cool in hot weather. Excellent area, quiet, pretty village with good shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes drive to big Leclerc. We would highly recumbent this property.

Emplacement idéal pour rayonner et visiter les sites exceptionnels de la région.

Avons été ravis de cette location qui est confortable, au calme, bien situé, rien ne manque au confort, jardin agréable où il est bon de se reposer sur les transats en écoutant le chant des oiseaux. Much needed break!

Easy to find, lovely quiet location. Pretty village with bar and shops. Gite was well fitted out and beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and shower excellent. Smallish fully enclosed garden, so brilliant for dogs. Very clean and bright.

Excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable

Dès notre arrivée nou avons été émerveillés par la situation de la maison et aussi pour la maison et son jardin. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la fille des propriétaires et avons rencontré le propriétaire lui-même 3 jours après. Les contacts ont été très chaleureux. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison confortable pourvue d'une salle de bains et d'une salle de douche. De plus, depuis cette localité il nous a été possible de faire beaucoup d'excursions dans un rayon assez proche. Vraiment à conseiller.

Bonne adresse au Périgord

Nous avons apprécié la maison, ses équipements. La situation à Carsac est idéale, proche de Sarlat et d'une incroyable quantité de sites à visiter. La rivière Dordogne est à environ 30' à pied (canoé et baignade en saison). Nous avons été bien reçus par les propriétaires très avenants. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Carsac-Aillac ! La maison est très propre ce que nous apprécions beaucoup ! rien ne manque et les propriétaires sont très accueillants . Endroit très calme et à proximité des commerçants du village ( épicerie, boulangerie,pharmacie, restaurant ). Une bonne adresse à retenir .

Très belle location typique avec des équipements modernes et neufs à l'intérieur. Bien située pour les visites avec la Dordogne à environ 1km pour se baigner et faire du canoë.
