Gîte de l'Eveil ***, a unique natural setting, 5 km from Sarlat

The Eveil gîte is based on conviviality and a family welcome.
It is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir near Sarlat on a property of half a hectare, open to the forest not overlooked. It is 1.5kms from the Dordogne river and 800m from the cycle path.

It offers an exceptional setting with a typical stone dwelling of the region with spacious and well-equipped rooms.
The primary qualities of this warm holiday rental are space and nature. You will feel like you are living both inside and outside thanks to the several outdoor spaces in the garden and on the terrace.

The gîte de l'Eveil (see page Fa Ce Book) is a typical Périgord dovecote. It was renovated in 2019, to offer you modern and authentic comfort.

It is classified 3* and ideally accommodates 2 people with a surface area of 75m2, and an independent entrance.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living space offers a large cosy living room with TV, wifi, and reading area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (hood, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine). A laundry room, a shower room and separate toilets complete the living space, as well as a bedroom overlooking the fig tree which brings a green and vegetal freshness.

The furniture is of high quality. Our solid wood furniture (Scandinavian rooms and furniture) is FSC certified, for better forest management. Your pitch includes several private outdoor spaces.
A comfortable covered terrace with the dining and barbecue area as well as relax armchairs for your relaxation. And an enclosed garden, with its deckchairs and its unobstructed view of more than 500m2 in a calm and peaceful environment.

The cottage has its private secure parking space with remote control for entrances and exits.
