- Pretty house of 90m2 in Mauzens stone typical of the Perigord Noir region. Ideal for a family, the swallow house is equipped with all the comforts for 4 people with its two bedrooms and its large bright living room. It is perfect for our animal friends with its fenced land on the small municipal road. The 8m/4m swimming pool and 1.5m deep will delight you with its calm and bucolic setting. It is secured by a roller shutter.
Very well located in the heart of the small town of Carsac, the house is a 10-minute walk from the town centre where all the shops necessary for daily needs are located. A 10-minute walk also from the banks of the Dordogne, a leisure centre with canoe rental and pretty sandstone cliff. For cycling enthusiasts, the greenway of the Dordogne valley passes through Carsac and its water gardens to visit.
The Périgord Noir will charm you with its lush nature, its breathtaking heritage, its many prehistoric sites (Lascaux, Montignac, Les Eyzies...) and the unmissable Gouffre de Padirac.
