Much easier to get to than our first house stay. Road is definitely steep but we weren't able to get 4-wheel, but our Toyota front wheel sedan made it fine. Have to watch for big rocks and navigate. Staff was there to do a job….period. It was obvious that the standard 15% service charge on every tab was sufficient. Nobody went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Not friendly; they did the bare minimum. Very disappointing.
