"The Communication was terrible, don't allow U-GO S.A.S. to access to online form because your information is liking for third party. They lying to customer. It’s better to have another place because your vacation is going to be not organiza,I chatted them almost 1 day 20 times and they could not figure out for small things.
Even the front desk property was shocked for their service."

"The room was small, but included everything needed for a week in Cartagena. Both the room abd the bathroom were clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was amzing. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"The best hotel. The friendliest staff. I cannot wait to go back one day in the future. Cartagena was a beautiful place. But the hotel and the food was amazing. I give this property 10 stars. I loved it."
"After waiting for 20+ minutes for s cocktail, I asked the waiter if he forgot. He tokd me to calm down. I’m hopinv this was a laguage issue. None the less, it was offensive. Also, I never got the drink.
Also charging $50+ USD, essentially a cover charge, for a friend to come for lunch at the pool is absurd.
The staff in the lobby was friendly thecentire stay."
"First of all I would like to say that the staff are amazing , very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome, the grounds and the pool area are really top notch , now the downside, the room was ok but not a 4* , we paid extra for a superior king room with a sea view ( well if you angled your head around the corner of the balcony that was true ) our view if you could call it that was overlooking a derelict part of the garden and the main road , traffic noise all night long ugh , the room itself was spacious but again has seen better days , it needs some renovation and love , the bathroom was just old fashioned and when you had a shower the water went everywhere into the room , the sink had come out of the ark , it was so funny . Breakfast was good with a lot of choice , well the local birds thought so , run the gauntlet to your table , they grab anything lol , overall our 4 night break was great , would I go back erm probably but not to room 724"
"Property was great only down side is a very loud bed in the master suite, you couldn't move without waking yourself up as the bed Support or frame was very old sounding. Elevators were a pain and need to be fixed as only one or two worked the whole time. Other than that great hotel and location."
"Bondo Hometel was such an amazing hotel. The rooms were very modern and very clean. There were 2 swimming pools on the roof. A cafe on the roof to get food along with a bar for drinks. There was also a full restaurant on the 11th floor and a bakery with desserts and coffee in the lobby. The only thing that was missing was maybe a microwave in the room. It does have a 2-eyed stove top that runs on gas. But no oven. So there is not much cooking in the room. But absolutely gorgeous view of both the city and the ocean. Saw iguanas from our balcony. There is air conditioning in the rooms which that was a necessity but I soon found out that most stores and other places will not have air conditioning. But this vacation to Cartagena is one that I will never forget!! My heart now belongs in Colombia ❤️"
"If you are visiting Cartagena, you must stay at the Sofitel Santa Clara. The property itself is visually stunning, packed with fascinating history, and perfectly located. Our room was elegant, exceptionally clean, and featured a beautiful balcony overlooking the historic pool area. The breakfast buffet is hands down the best in Colombia, offering a massive spread of fresh tropical fruits, local pastries, and flawless service. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff—the butler and concierge teams went completely above and beyond to curate local itineraries and handle every request with grace. Highest recommendation!
Pedro in the reception area, Luis Carlos at the Restaurant went above and beyond and everybody at the hotel made our stay so perfect, we always like to comeback to Santa Clara every time we go to Cartagena!!"
