"Excellent bargain price for a central location within the historic district. Staff are helpful and kind. The advertised earlier check-in of 6am was very beneficial with my early arrival. I opted for the single room option and although it was rather basic, it did the job of providing a comfortable and safe place to stay. Would recommend for other budget travellers."

"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "I stayed here 2 weeks, showers have mold building on the shower curtains, paint scuffs everywhere, you can tell they painted over mold in the showers as well. Sheets are clean but have stains on them, the roof collapsed on one of the upper bunks, thank god nobody was sleeping there. They advertised a kitchen that you can use, when we went to use it they told us it wasn’t functional, I would say the only “nice” part is staff friendliness and the rooftop (besides the kitchenette) Would not stay...
