Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a stunning open-air driveway adorned with lush tropical plants. The lobby is an exquisite space, characterized by its ample size, radiant ambiance, cleanliness, and tasteful decorations, all designed to make you feel extraordinary. THE CONDO:
"Poolside Paradise" is my third condominium in Cartagena and serves as an exquisite vacation rental. The moment you enter the condo, you are greeted by a sophisticated interior design, along with a stunning natural stone wall in the living room. As you step out onto the balcony and take in the breathtaking view, your eyes are captivated by one of the most magnificent sights you have ever seen. The ocean, beach, pool, and old city are all laid out before you, creating an unforgettable visual experience. You have officially arrived in Cartagena, and I extend a warm welcome to you!
THE BALCONY:
On the balcony, there is a table and four cozy chairs, ideal for starting your day with a cup of coffee or observing your family members happily swimming in the pool while you unwind in this idyllic setting. Throughout the day, you can delight in observing the captivating beach activities, such as sailboats, paragliders, and jet skiers, joyfully enjoying themselves by the shore. When evening falls, the pool lights illuminate, providing an awe-inspiring sight of the serene water and the charming lights of the old city, making it a flawless conclusion to an amazing day. This scene sets the perfect ambiance for winding down with a glass of wine and engaging in delightful conversations.
THE LIVING ROOM:
The living room boasts a unique natural stone wall adorned with exquisite artwork. The sofa bed has undergone rigorous testing to ensure unparalleled comfort, offering a sleeping experience akin to a genuine full-size bed. Essential bedding materials, including pillows and sheets, are conveniently stored within the mirror console table. Additionally, an Alexa system rests atop the console table, affording you the pleasure of indulging in your preferred music. The condo is fully equipped with top-tier high-speed internet, enabling seamless connectivity. Furthermore, a 4k UHD TV is provided for your entertainment needs, allowing you to connect with your personal Netflix account.
THE BEDROOM:
The bedroom in the apartment is equipped with a freshly installed king-size plush mattress and sumptuous bedding, along with a generous supply of extra pillows. To ensure your comfort, both ceiling fans and air conditioning are available. A standout feature of the bedroom is the custom natural stone wall, which enhances the apartment's overall decor. Additionally, there is a desk in the bedroom that provides Wi-Fi connectivity for your laptop. Positioned above the desk is a brand new 4k UHD TV, which you can use to access your personal Netflix account.
Furthermore, the bedroom offers a spacious closet with a hotel safe for securely storing your belongings. Adjacent to the closet is the entrance to an ample en-suite bathroom, complete with hot water and a soothing rainfall showerhead. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the bedroom are adorned with both blackout shades and privacy curtains, ensuring ample daylight and seclusion as desired during daytime hours.
THE KITCHEN:
The Kitchen in the luxury condo is fully furnished with high-end stainless-steel appliances, providing all the comforts of home. However, we have gone a step further to enhance the kitchen experience. We have incorporated custom-built cabinets for extra storage space and replaced the standard faucet with a top-of-the-line one. Additionally, we offer a stunning dishware set and professional-grade cookware for your convenience. The microwave oven is discreetly placed beneath the elegant granite countertop. On the opposite side of the island countertop, you will find stylish wooden and leather stools for indoor dining. To add to your enjoyment, we have also included a new premium blender, toaster, and coffee maker.
THE BATHROOMS:
Guests will have access to two generously sized bathrooms equipped with hot water and a delightful rainfall showerhead. Additionally, a complimentary starter toiletry kit and towels will be provided for their convenience.
THE UTILITY ROOM:
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a utility room featuring a spacious washer and dryer and a sink designated for cleansing sandy garments.
