The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop coffee maker. In the living room, you'll find a versatile table for working, studying, or dining, along with air conditioning (hot/cold) and a ceiling fan; there's another ceiling fan in the bedroom. For your convenience, the apartment offers Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, and an elevator. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and public transport is also nearby; a tennis court is only 15 minutes on foot.
