Walkable distance to the airport, but quiet. Staff are very friendly and the little hotel is cozy. The pool is a little small, but can’t expect too much I guess. There’s no hot water, but for me, wasn’t an issue as it wasn’t so cold.

Inexpensive …. But
You get what you pay for … but only one towel for two travels and no hot water. When we left in the morning I stood at the desk for several minutes waiting to check out. Only to discover the person in front of me wasn’t a guest, he was another employee.

Great place for the price!
Stay about 3 nights! Very nice neighborhood. The attention of the front staff was great. The place was nice and enjoyed my stayed. No hot water. Breakfast available for about $3 dollars per day. The attention and service provided by the front clerks and cleaning ladies were amazing! They are very attentive and very helpful. The beach or (Malecón) is about 3 blocks. There are plenty of restaurants and bodegas to buy food from.

El aseo es bueno, los empleados muy amables, el servicio de agua en las duchas es deficiente, no es muy tranquilo dentro del hotel coincidí con una excursión de niños y no hay control sobre el ruido causado por huéspedes, el sector es muy bueno, hay restaurantes, droguería y todo muy cerca

Muy regular, no volvería
El hotel le hace falta demasiado mantenimiento, los baños huelen a cañería, huelen muy feo, las habitaciones tienen humedad en los techos. La piscina se veía el agua turbia, los pasillos y zonas comunes estaban muy sucias. El personal amable pero en general no me gustó. No volvería. El sector es bueno, residencial seguro.

El personal es falto de servicio al cliente y atención. La habitación limpia pero tenía olor a cañería por el lavamanos y humedad en la habitación. El aire acondicionado se veía en malas condiciones. Pasillos recepción piscina muy limpios. No se pudo hacer uso de parqueadero, el carro se debió dejar en la calle debido a que eran más carros que parqueaderos.

READ REVIEW, SEE PICS: NOT CLEAN, bad service
VERY DIRTY: see pictures. When showering, found parts of leftover soap by prior guests, and their old shampoo plastic containers. Meaning: Shower/bath was NOT cleaned. Mouldy shower, see picture. Both bath towels had many stains, and/or not clean. Showed these pictures, and towel, to staff at reception. Totally passive, no interest in fixing, did not offer discount, new room or other «fix». Simply pointed out that the maid must not have cleaned. For the towels: said that it is simply «stains», but (old) towel was washed. —> Bad service, total «do not care attitude». —> Hotel likely maintains a low level service/cleanliness since many guests are people seeking a bed close to airport, if early flight (like our case). Swimming pool is very small, and workers were singing while oiling the patio, while others used sledgehammer. Meaning: no use in pool. Would not recommend: stay for example at Patio Getsemani (where we also stayed). Conclude: totally get the idea of a «cheap bed close to airport», but this must be with a minimum level of cleanliness and friendliness

Es un pequelo hotel limpio, siempre mi habitacion estaba limpia toallas nuevas etc, sus alrededores es muy tranquilo. Mi unica recomendación es que hagan mantenimiento en la piscina q estaba un poco sucia pero el resto muy bien. Cerca al aeropuerto

Bueno, limpio y camas cómodas... el desayuno muy básico , puede mejorar... solicité un secador de pelo “disponible” porque no hay en la habitación y la respuesta fue que por la tarifa de hostal no da para tener secadores... muy tranquilo para descanso... fue mi lugar de tránsito mientras hacía mudanza.
