"Apparently a ‘confirmed booking’ here means a six-hour trip just to be told ‘we don’t take one-nighters’—how thoughtful. Avoid – Unprofessional and Unreliable I booked this hotel last minute and had a confirmed reservation. After travelling six hours to get there, I tried calling multiple times (over five attempts) for directions—no answer. Finally, just 10 minutes away, someone picked up only to tell me they don’t accept one-night stays, despite my confirmed booking. No apology, no effort to help, and zero regard for the inconvenience caused. This is not how a professional company should treat guests."

"Manolo Hotel is clean, the staff are really pleasant. We booked late as we’re arriving from Murcia airport late. So they found us a parking space even though hotel was fully booked. "
