Guest Access Policies

✅ Access to the Apartment and Common Areas
Guests have full access to the apartment and the following common areas of the building:
• Pools.
• Hot tub
• Turkish bath
• Playground
• Fitness room.
• Meeting room/co-working space (available for an additional fee)

🚫 Visitors are not permitted.
Only registered guests may enter the apartment and use the common areas. No changes, additions, or modifications to the guest list are permitted after submission. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

🔑 Access via key fob/wristband
All guests must use a wristband or access key fob to enter the building and its common areas. These will be provided at check-in, and additional fees will apply in case of loss or damage.

Maximum 👨‍👩‍👧 Occupancy
The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, including children. No visitors or additional guests allowed.

Photos showing 🧒 unaccompanied minors
Guests under 18 who are not accompanied by their parents must present a CERTIFIED parental permission form along with the original birth certificate at the front desk. Otherwise, they will not be permitted to enter.

📋 Mandatory Registration (Law 2068 of 2020)
Pursuant to Article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020, the following information must be provided at least 48 hours prior to check-in:
• First and surname
• Identification number
• Phone number:
• Email address

Only registered individuals may enter the apartment.

🕘 Hours for Access Authorisation
The property management office processes access authorisations during the following hours:
• Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Sundays and holidays: no service.

What you ⚠️ should know
• No visitors are allowed in the apartment.
• Changes to the guest list are no longer permitted once it has been submitted to the management.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a quiet and hassle-free stay.
Additional Important Information
Please note that smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony, and in all common areas of the building, including the pools, hallways, lobby, and elsewhere. If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside the condominium. We thank you for your understanding and respect for this rule.

The construction at the front of the building has not caused any inconvenience so far. We have not received any complaints about it. In any case, the apartment has curtains and blackout shades, and the windows are burglar-proof.

The condominium charges a wristband fee per person, which is managed directly by the administration.
