It is mandatory for guests to pay a fee of $20,000 COP or 5 USD per guest upon arrival at the building reception.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the penthouse features a fluid architectural layout, central air conditioning, premium finishes, and 3.5 immaculate bathrooms:

Master Suite: King-size bed, direct terrace access, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an en-suite private bathroom.

Bedroom 2: One Double bed, high-quality linens, natural light, and a private bathroom.

Bedroom 3: One Double bed, minimalist decor, and premium comfort.

Bedroom 4: One Single bed, curated as a cozy and versatile space.

Living Area: Features an additional Single bed that seamlessly integrates as a sofa bed, optimizing group dynamic without compromising the salon's sophisticated layout.

Social Area and House Rules (Summary):

The open-concept kitchen incorporates modern appliances and connects elegantly with the grand salon, opening completely to the expansive 8th-floor private terrace. Guests enjoy direct beach access, multiple designer swimming pools, a gym, and 24/7 private security.

The location is ideal, we are in front of one of the best beaches in the city, additionally we are 15 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes away from the walled city where you can find the most exclusive restaurants and bars in the city, 850 meters from the Center of conventions Hotel Las Américas, direct access to the beach, has a swimming pool and free gym.

The taxi or Uber service from the airport costs around COP25,000 and takes around 10 minutes. A free indoor parking service is offered within the facility for one car. Outside the facilities there is space to park.
