About this property

Luxury Villa with own pool and stunning views

  • The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac on the world famous resort of La Manga Club. It has 3 double bedrooms, with two luxury bathrooms, one with egg shaped bath and both with a walk in wet rooms. A large open plan lounge with comfortable seating and separate dining area. All mod cons including 54” Smart TV with more than 1,000 TV channels in 13 European languages. Films, Documentaries, Box Sets and Kids Movies. We have Netflix and a DVD player with a small library and the not to be done without, Bose docking station for your iPod or iPhone. Air conditioning/heating plus a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a kidney shaped swimming pool, sun beds with pool towels supplied, a covered terrace with dinning table for the ultimate dining expenience and a Bar B Que area, with lots of space and outdoor dining table. There is also a large roof terrace with stunning views of all of La Manga Club, Mar Menor, La Manga Strip and the Mediterranean beyond. Also magnificent views the Golf Course. The new Raquettes Club with paddle tennis and a gym are now open.

    Bars and resturants within walking distance, wi fi, bath robes, slippers (for leading guests) and toiletries supplied free of charge.
