It has a large balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals protected from the sun and with privileged views over the Mar Menor.; It also has a common terrace/solarium on the Ninth Floor with 360-degree views.
The beaches of Paraíso and Honda are 120 meters away - 2 minutes walk, they offer a good bath for families and the practice of water activities thanks to the warm and calm waters of the Mar Menor. On the beach you will find several beach bars that work from morning to night with live music. The beach has toilets, footbaths, access for people with reduced mobility. It also has a children's play area.
In the town you can find a supermarket, tennis club, sailing school, boat rental without a license and several bars and restaurants very close to the complex on foot. It has a seafront promenade that allows you to walk and bike rides enjoying the landscape, climate and amazing views of the Mar Menor.
