Holiday Inn Cartagena Morros by IHG
Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is good and inexpensive if added to room. Negative - pool area is rather small. Beach vendors rather annoying and during our stay - after a big storm - the water contained a lot of tree and leaf matter, which also washed up in piles along the beach
