Gite Monsieur Roux - Cartelegue

Converted from the former wine cellar of an early 20th-century house, adjoining another gîte, this cottage is located in a hamlet near the RD 252. Enjoy a warm and welcoming stay. A landscaped patio with Mediterranean plants offers a perfect place to relax. A large nearby garden provides an ideal play area for children, with a Molkky set, pétanque court, swing, and ping-pong table. In a rustic style, with exposed stone and beams, you will find a large living room with a dining area and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed), a shower room, and a toilet. There is also a mezzanine with a sofa bed. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (two single beds and one double bed) and a playroom. The living areas have reversible air conditioning, and the bedrooms have electric radiators. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for hire. For your comfort, kitchen linen is provided. A radio/CD/record player is also available. Spa facilities are available for an additional fee upon reservation with the owners (one-hour package for 5 people: €50). For security, cameras are present on the property.
