Clayton Savings Bank - One Block To Might Mississippi River!

"Great property and location for the local Froelich Fal-der-all. Clean and spacious and in a tiny fun town. The only issue was with my family and my parents we needed all the beds and one of the beds upstairs had a broken frame with 6 or 7 slats that were busted so we had to move the mattress to the floor for my 8 year old. Not the biggest issue, but with 1 message through the app and 1 through direct email there was no response. Didn’t want to be responsible for damage to something that was already that way when we checked in Friday. Would have liked to get a response and left a written note as well on the bed. Overall beyond that a really cool location that my kids just loved!"

"Very nice hotel with absolutely amazing views! Our one night stay was great but you could easily spend more time in the area. The room was clean and quiet. Easy check in"

"The hotel was very clean and the room was large and bed was nice. Breakfast was traditional hotel continental, but loved the Keurig in the room. We stayed on a night with live music in the bar and having a room under the bar was a bit noisy if you go to bed early. Otherwise, the hotel seemed quiet. Took advantage of the free popcorn and hot cocoa. Would stay again."

"This is an exceptionally unique property! This was our second stay at the retreat and our only negative comments are (1) we could only stay one short night, and (2) there were no fireflies!"

"The paddle boat needs repair. One of the kayaks was not operational and the other activities shown were in disrepair, however the cabin itself was beautiful and trout could be seen in creek near the area. The large yard allowed the children to run free"

"This cabin was awesome!! We had a great time! So happy we were able to bring the pupperz!! She had a blast also!! Great walking trail around the lake and also got to use the canoe and the kayaks!! The fishing/ lake viewing dock was perfect. The experience was super relaxed and everything was set up just right!! Check out this spot for amazing memories!!"

"We’ve stayed here previously and the dart board & barrel table/stools in front porch were a great addition! Beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets & pillows provided! We did learn from previous that we need bring a room fan at night to drown out the sound of train few blocks away…it was just enough for me as a light sleeper!"
