"The room looked pretty clean from the naked eye, but I always wipe down everything that I'll be using in the room and of course, I found quite a bit of dirt , especially in the air conditioner flats. The bed linen was fresh, and the room had a decent smell. No smoke, no pet oder. I was comfortable, and slept well the night of my stay. I like the fact that it had an extra security flap on the door. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, as the healthy cereal that I that chose for breakfast was stale? As well as the english muffin. The apple juicy seemed watered down. Very expensive room stay. Expected, better quality breakfast for cost of the room alone. It was cleaner than most."

"The home is beautiful, spacious, in a lovely neighborhood, and very conveniently located. We lived in the screened in back porch and fenced in yard. We rarely left the property as we came to visit my son stationed at Fort Bragg so utilizing the games available and the large kitchen suited our agenda perfectly. Percy is the nicest most accommodating person I have ever interacted with. We struggled a little with the house alarm and he had help at the door within minutes. We live in Ohio so Fayetteville is a trip we make as often as we have the opportunity. Percy is hands down our favorite host!! "
