Staff at a the front desk were super friendly Staff at ge Breakfast Buffet were super helpful! Air conditioning worked good. The drapes in our room could have better coverage to block light out from the pool area. The area felt safe. Would definitely book again

Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in.
