You can enjoy walks down beautiful tree-lined streets in the hills, and eat at any of the delicious restaurants nearby, and the surrounding neighborhood is clean and safe and walkable. The staff is EXCELLENT, and I felt safe here as a solo female traveler."

"I have stayed at The Grace many times. A lovely boutique hotel with the best shower pressure. However, my room, although very clean, was showing several signs of age and was in need of serious refreshing. It was a struggle to open the kitchenette cupboards, the fridge didn't work, no plates, mismatched cutlery. In the bathroom, stains on the walls, missing plaster and grout and items hanging off the wall. It was a shame to see a hotel that I love looking quite tired. "
