I would like to take the time out to thank the staff, Ronny, Adriany, Hugo Hidalgo, Oscar, Roberto, Joan, maria, Lewis, Carlos for making my mother’s 78th birthday spectacular. You guys did a great job and I appreciate each and everyone of you. Bahia Principe is lucky to have staff like you there. Thanks again so much.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
