9.4/10 Exceptional! (950 reviews)
Great concept poorly executed. A window with no curtains overlooking a brightly illuminated walkway made for a difficult sleep. An extra bed for our son placed next to a loudly vibrating maintenance hatch.
The reception staff seemed to be well aware of the problems. “Sabemos” (“we know”) was the response to our feedback at checkout. A shame as the overall hotel is lovely with a solid concept that could be exceptional.
