"I arrived after midnight and was relieved to find the front desk open and a genuinely kind, welcoming receptionist. The hotel is currently being renovated and she apologized for the dust. She also made sure I understood where my room was located, along with information about breakfast time and location. I stayed at this hotel about three years ago, and I have to say, the difference is noticeable! Even though I was placed in a room not yet renovated, it was incredibly clean. The bedding had been updated and felt fresh and crisp. Everything in the room was spotless. Cleanliness clearly matters here. The staff throughout my stay were warm, friendly, and attentive. Housekeeping checked daily to see if I needed fresh towels or any additional supplies. Despite being under construction, the team is doing an excellent job making sure guests are comfortable. There is some construction noise during the day, but it did not interfere with my stay. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Casa Grande, and I’m excited to return once the remodel is complete. "
