"Great stay with helpful staff"

"Our experience was top notch from the moment we checked in. We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was ready for an early check in, the property was clean and inviting with the smell of fresh popcorn in the lobby - a nice surprise. The complimentary happy hour was also fun and the bartender was great! The room was spacious and comfortable and very quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"I equested an upper level room, upon check in I was told it would cost more and the elevator was not working. Ended up on 1st floor right across from restrooms which had 24hr access, which was very disruptive during night while trying to sleep. Also, the room above mine was Very loud, heavy walking/running from 12-1:45am. The Amenities consisted of 1/2 bottle of shampoo, towels smelling like food and marijuana, and an iron that leaked & did not work. I assumed that this was a newer hotel and would provide and pleasant stay..VERY disappointing! "
