" I booked Hop Inn Hotel Iloilo from August 29 to September 3 but had to check out early due to a terrible experience. On the morning of August 30, I discovered there was no running water—the bathroom faucet was completely dry. I reported it to the front desk and was told it would be fixed “in a few minutes,” but nothing happened. When I asked for the manager, I was informed the manager only comes in later in the day. "Was clean the food was so, so the people were very friendly and nice, the Internet was no good. The showers were ice cold there were no phones in the room. Nothing was near for meals or anything, they did not come to pick us up at the airport"
