"This hotel has always been a great and convinient stay when flying out of SJU. The staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are spacious, and location ia only a short ride away to restaurants and points of interest in San Juan. Highly recommended ! "

"I really liked how beautiful the hotel was and how conveniently located it was near restaurants and the beach. The staff was very polite and friendly, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the two restaurants located inside the hotel. What I did not like was receiving a brochure before my arrival advertising experiences like a floating dinner or a beachside dinner, only to be told I couldn’t book either of them when I tried to. It was frustrating to be offered these experiences ahead of time but then not be able to book them. I feel it would have been better not to include them in the brochure, or at least provide a heads up in the email about their limited availability. But overall I would recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean and nice, the staff were kind and helpful. Why not 5 stars from me? Well I recommend researching PR Food and Wine festival which is hosted at the resort. We were told that the very loud music would end at 10pm but it didn’t end until 12A Friday and Saturday. Due to this event you aren’t able to access the full property to include all the pools and the open pools close early. While the room appeared clean there was black mold in the bathroom sink’s overflow hole. I did make staff aware and I think it may be addressed. In all I’d say expect what’s advertised unless something is going on."

"Haven't been there in years. Great staff. Good food. Great casino. I guess because I won money. The dealers in the casino were amazing.We had so much fun gambling in the casino. Can't wait to go back again"
