Disliked: Listing accuracy
J'ai passé 8 nuits dans cet appartement dont 6 sans internet et 2 sans eau chaude même si les problèmes ont été finalement résolus, cela n'enlève en rien le désagrément subi. A part cela il n'y avait pas de micro onde pour chauffer les aliments qu'on emportait. Pour le reste c'est dans l'ensemble satisfaisant.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Le bien n'est pas terrible en soit, mais le confort est vraiment optionnel... La propreté est à revoir et les accessoires aussi. 1 poêle et 2 casseroles qui se battent en duel dans un état proche de la fin, pour faire à manger pour trois personnes autant dire que c'était compliqué... Les murs et les fenêtres sont purement décoratif car ils laissent passer le froid et tous les bruits, sachant qu'apparemment passé minuit c'est normal de vivre comme en plein jour dans cet immeuble. Je terminerai sur l'eau chaude dans la douche qui était aléatoire, et merci au propriétaire qui a laissé passer 6 jours avant de changer la bouteille de gaz (sans même répondre à mon message, ni nous prévenir que quelqu'un allait passer...). Le logement reste fonctionnel, on a pu se garer facilement dans les environs sans risques et il y a de multiples commerces aux alentours au besoin. Il y a bien trois chambres distinctes (dont une où il faut traverser la salle de bain, désolé de gâcher la surprise) et l'espace à vivre reste confortable, l'ascenseur fait peur mais fonctionne très bien. Globalement je pense qu'il y a pire mais il y aussi bien mieux, mais ce sera généralement plus chère et ce sera difficile de trouver avec trois chambres séparés..
