House Rules to be taken into consideration:

1. **Moroccan couples / Mixed groups**: In accordance with Law No. 70-03 of the Kingdom of Morocco, we unfortunately cannot accommodate unmarried Moroccan couples or mixed groups. The presentation of a marriage certificate will therefore be necessary before check-in (the law applies as soon as at least one of the travellers has Moroccan nationality)

2. **ID cards/passport**: Before your arrival, sending a photo of your Moroccan ID card or Passport for foreigners is mandatory to finalise your check-in. In accordance with Moroccan law, we are required to collect this information. This procedure is similar to the one required when checking into a hotel in Morocco.

3. **No additional guests**: For safety and peace of mind, ONLY the travellers mentioned at the time of booking are allowed to access the apartment.

4. **Cigarette**: If you smoke, no problem! Smoking is allowed, BUT only on the terrace, in order to keep the interior of the apartment fresh and pleasant for everyone.

5. Late check-out (subject to availability):
Late check-out can only be granted upon prior request and subject to availability.
