"Fantastic property. We had a large room with patio and view of the towers. Location cannot be beat with restaurants and bars just outside your door step. This also has a LIFT which is a biig benefit if you have luggage. Never met.or saw the owner and for some reason didnt have breakfast included in our room but no.big deal. "

It's not in a major area, but if you like to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of a small town, this is perfect. Very close to larger towns! "This is a great option if you’re looking for a B&B, rather than a hotel. The staff aren’t onsite, but are super helpful via WhatsApp. Contemporary styling and very clean. Great location to all the major sights. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ‘safety’ light at the step into the bathroom, which was always on - so if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, bring an eye mask!"

Everything was really walkable. 30min walk away from the train station, it almost put me off, but Bologna is a really good city to walk with suitcases (we got a huge suitcase and a small one). The B&B was in a quiet location. The host that received us was super helpful, giving us all his favourites food spots. There is not in-front desk so if you are not there at 3pm for the check in. "My brothers & I stayed here for three nights while on a road trip, the stay exceeded all expectations, the host Donnatella & Gianni were incredibly hospitable & helpful, as we wanted to go to Modena & Bologna for the City & of course Ferrari, but at Donnatellas suggestion we visited Pagani, a really unexpected highlight, we all agreed you can’t go wrong here, great hosts comfortable rooms& good road connections, we have no hesitation in recommending them, many thanks again"
