The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please leave kitchen tidy and take all rubbish down to the village when you leave. If not done so there may be an additional charge.
Lock all doors and leave the remote controls for the gate and the other keys on kitchen counter. Exit via back door and lock the door. Leave key hidden under the gas cylinder underneath the staircase.
Ensure all parasols in the pool are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

When the swimming pool is used, please close all sun umbrellas at night and in windy days. Penalty charged if broken because such circumstances.
Do not enter other adjacent land/properties surrounding the villa.
Don't have loud music later than midnight as it echos all the way to the village.
