One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the other offers 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, Smart TV with streaming platforms, washing machine, and a workspace. The building has an elevator and step-free interior access.



The spacious covered terrace, equipped with a sofa and outdoor dining area, is ideal for breakfast with golf course views or enjoying a drink at sunset. The open terrace offers a lawn, sun lounger, and private barbecue, along with spectacular views of the mountains and golf course. You can also enjoy the private garden and an outdoor shower; beach towels are provided.



The apartment includes a parking space in the communal garage and street parking.
