  • This new 1 bedroom penthouse is stunning. Set right on the beach in Casares this spacious penthouse has beautiful furnishings, an enormous terrace and additional roof terrace with seating and dining area. The lower terrace has amazing views up and down the coast as well as of the pool and gardens and over to Africa and Gibraltar. Beautiful terrace furniture including dining and seating area as well as a large built in BBQ and even an elevated Hot Tub where you can enjoy a cocktail and coastal views.



    The interior of the property includes a good size lounge and dining area, with sofa bed in cream leather, large flat screen TV, and access to the main terrace. There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen and the bedroom has double bed, with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with large walk in shower, hair dryer and straighteners! The property benefits from hot and cold A/C throughout and free WiFi. Two Parking spaces in the underground secure garage and Pets are welcome.
