Beautiful modern apartment 1 min from beach

  • This Is a fantastic newly refurbished 1 bed apartment, sleeps 4, plus baby cot on a complex with a communal pool and a baby pool, there is also a small park, 1 mins walk from the beach and 8 mins walk to all restaurants and bars (although a few on the way) 20 mins walk to Duquesa Marina, situated in Casares Costa, Malaga AS SEEN ON A PLACE IN THE SUN 30 mins drive to Marbella,15 mins drive to Estepona, 40 mins drive to Gibraltar

    Kitchen with large fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and everything you will need pots, pans etc

    Bedroom with king bed and fitted wardrobes

    Bathroom with walk in shower

    Large terrace with comfortable furniture table, chairs and loungers to relax and chill out with gas bbq and sun all day, shade if needed

    Aldi supermarket is 5 mins walk away
