This fabulous duplex in Jardines Bahía de Casares holds on the second floor: 2 bedrooms one with 2 single beds and the other has one single bed. Living area with a sofa bed and dining table sliding doors to a large terrace with lounge furniture facing sea and mountains. This floor have one bathroom with tub. Third floor : holds another terrace with two lounge beds that can be reached from the stairs or from the master suite. Master suite has a king bed and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have closet space. The duplex have central AC on both floors. The gated complex have two pools with sun umbrellas and chairs. Walking distance to the wonderful beach/ sea Playa Chica 7min. Walking distance 500m to 2 restaurants Bahía de Casares or La Sal. 2 km to the nearest supermarket Lidl and close to entertainment in Sabanillas/ Duquesa Marina or Estepona 2-8 km.
