"A beautiful historic property in the heart of Vipiteno. The young ladies at the front desk were very accommodating in offering to park our car in a distant SA lot when the on-site parking wasn’t included in our type of reservation. We were able to walk right out the door and into the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully appointed with every amenity needed which helped to offset the lack of view. In the morning we were provided an excellent breakfast with a wide array of food options. We really enjoyed this stay!"

"Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. "

"Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK."

"It is a small very clean hotel, well maintained and neat. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is well located. The staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. Marcos (owner and manager) is an amazing guy. He offered us free of charge breakfast and he even gave us a free ride to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bressanone and I will certainly stay there when I visit Brixen again."
