With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, and a bunk bed, plus a living room with room for a twin bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. It's a Brick...House has a large patio off of the kitchen & a front porch with rocking chairs for 2! This unit is located on the 1st floor. If you are needing more space & we have availability, It's a Brick...House on the 2nd floor is available at a greatly discounted rate if you book both.

The historic town of Cascade, IA has a lot to offer, from festivals, tasty restaurants, grocery store, & a Dollar General. It's just 2 minutes from Riverview Ridge River Tubes & Kayaks. The condo is only 20 miles from Dubuque, IA & 15 minutes from Dyersville, IA. The tranquil setting invites you to unwind, while the enjoyable layout ensures comfort throughout your stay.
